Come up with an idea of a device or a way for drying hands in public places, overcoming disadvantages of existing variants - electric hand dryer, paper towels for hands and cloth towels:
- sanitary safe, not as with cloth towels
- 2-3 seconds for drying hands, not 12-60 as for electric hands dryers
- no need to buy each time a new portion of a consumable spending money, time for recharging, and burden the nature as paper towels do.

A towel for common areas, which after each use is auto-washed with water, disinfected with intense ultraviolet light and gives off moisture by drying by air blowing under pressure or by shaking.
The towel can be a closed tape. After wiping hands, the tape is automatically rewound to give users the next section ready for use.
The tape can be made of artificial material, which can be in 2 states: absorbing and giving off moisture, the mode is switched for each section separately by the supply of low voltage electricity (so that it is safe for users). When it is necessary to wipe your hands - absorbent, when drying for the next use - hydrophobic.
After use, the tape is switched to hydrophobic mode and a jet of water is supplied to the used area under pressure to wash off potential contamination from hands. Then it is shaked and blowed by hot air to remove the remaining moisture. In the absorption mode, the microvilli vice versa, they will attract water to quickly pick up water from your hands.
In addition to intensive ultraviolet light, it would be good to make the towel-tape of a material with a bactericidal effect to accelerate disinfection.
To suppport an intensive flow of people, drying and sterilization of the used area should be done during 30-60 seconds.

Drying hands with vibration

A vibrational surface that starts vibrating when you touch it. Vibration removes water droplets in a similar way to shaking your hands.
How would it work?
It would be mounted on the wall the same way as the standard hand dryers. The vibrating surface is made out of a material that doesn't support microbial growth and has an integrated dry self-cleaning system. When you press the surface with a palm or a finger, it starts vibrating, causing the whole hand to vibrate, too. Similar to shaking your hands after washing, vibration removes water droplets and dries your hands. It has a water collecting module below the vibrating surface. After every use, water is recycled and used for watering the plants, while the vibrating surface is being self-cleaned. To make it more eco-friendly, it could be powered by renewable resources.

Mikhail Korsanov I would say that it should definitely be tested first, but that there is a vibration protocol that could fit this purpose. Maybe even changing the vibration frequency over several seconds could be applied.

Drying hands by watering the plants

How would it work?
You would wash your hands and read the sign that no energy is spent on drying in this eco-friendly toilet. Why? Because it's cleaner and more energy-efficient. However, there is a note that your hands will dry if you water the plants next to you. There would be a separate area, like a bigger box or a small room, at the entrance to the toilet, where many plants are growing. You would be advised to shake your wet hands above the plants in order to water them. Since shaking requires air drying afterward, you would have some news or motivational messages projected on the screens between or above the plants to entertain you. You could also read something about the plants, learn something, or get entertained by the targeted watering of specific plants. Walking surfaces should be rough or safe enough to stop people from slipping and falling. What do you think?

That's witty ) It will be good for not too busy people with ecological thinking. But does it really solve the initial contradiction? Shaking hands over plants is no better by time consumption than shaking them over the floor. So many busy or lazy people will not be happy.

Creating art
Similar to the above-mentioned solution, you could be drying your hands by shaking water above water-sensitive or thermochromic surfaces like these and these. That way you would see a color change when you shake your hands and the water droplets fall on the surface. You could create patterns of your choice. Ultimately, you could request a printed or PDF copy of your work by paying a small fee which would be a donation for the material or solving other environmental issues on a smaller scale.

Once hands are washed, they are clean. Males: For tucked shirts, untuck, wipe on tucked portion and tuck shirt back in. For untucked shirts, raise shirt, wipe on pants upper outer rim, lower shirt. Don't know how this would work with females.
