Why
the most susceptible, vulnerable and suggestable population that has the potential to be influenced in negative ways by content lives in economically depressed areas.
How it works
Prevent IP addressess in economically depressed areas from accessing adult, pornographic, lewd, misogynistic, suggestive content including any social media content. Although admittedly draconian and probably a violation of constitutional rights, it will protect the most vulnerable population. I welcome better iterations or trajectories to this challenge.
