Provide a bounty for the best solution

Bounties attract serious brainpower to the challenge.

There are many supermarkets and restaurants where the leftovers, residues food would get to the dustbin meanwhile there is still a lot of starving person in the world. Somehow this needs to be more balanced, needs more attention, because in one side there is a huge overproduction (but no needs),on the other side a big deficit. With more food consciousness, maybe with a collecting and transporting solution could menage this issue, and would be more balanced. I am talking about something constitution system worldwide that do the logistic part, and synchronize so that simply the wast wont be a wast.
