I love this idea and would definitely like to have one of these for myself as well. Apart from the physical benefits, we now know that physical exercises could also be beneficial to your creativity, so your work will also reap the rewards.
I was looking at a desk bike the other day, I decided against getting one, but I could see it as a nice addition to your setup. The main problem I had with the small ones was the size of the rotation of the peddles, it seemed like you would get minimal exercise from such small movement. To make it resemble a real stationary bike more, the entire setup, including the desk and your chair would need to be lifted. I also think the leg extensions might be in the way. I don't know if the benefit of such a "bike" will justify making such big changes, but still, it's a nice idea to involve a type of cardio as well.
