Kanban-style to-do list displayed on digital frames on multiple walls in your surroundings. The frames recognize different people and display personalized to-do lists for each individual.

Some features
Kanban-style, customizable columns. Something like Trello.
Ability to display different to-do lists on different locations (kitchen, office, next to the door when you're leaving, etc).
Ability to recognize multiple people and display their to-dos.
Ability to edit your lists from your phone or computer.
Android-based single app device, impossible to use for any other purpose.
The screen turns off when nobody is around.

Why?

Such frames could also be used privately. If there are four people in the house, their to-do lists appear when they stand in front of the frame. If there is no one standing directly in front, the frame may display photos of the family members, just like regular frames. The frame may be synced to your Facebook accounts or your phone to display your photos. It could switch between albums and could put on a nice show for your guests. Alternatively, it could display beautiful pictures that are freely available on the internet to improve the wall decor.

The digital wallframe idea is simple and easy to implement, especially for old people who usually have both a weak memory and bad eyesight. Other than these aforementioned advantages, the purpose of this idea can already be performed by today's smartwatches. The reminder app can be modified to work with geolocation so that the reminders are set to go off when the person is at a particular location. 

The display size advantage which the wall frame model has over the smartwatch can be overcome by adding a beam display output, like that of a small projector so that the images from the smartwatch screen can also be projected on nearby surfaces for convenience. An obvious upside of the wristwatch app is that it takes advantage of an already existing technology and it is a more flexible, mobile option.
