In Japanese culture, various states of mind are valued and given specific names. Concepts such as kamae, mushin, fudoshin, and shinobu are highly regarded for their importance in achieving success. However, rather than delving into the specific meanings of these terms, this contribution emphasizes the significance of recognizing and nurturing our own state of mind.
