Yet another platform idea where the asker pledges a bounty:)
The asker pledges a bounty and asks for feedback. Everyone who provides feedback of sufficient quality gets a share of the total bounty payout. The asker gets instant feedback - useful for fast prototyping.
The bounty could be limited to the first X number of submissions so that every person gets a fair portion of the bounty to be worth the time they spent reviewing the asker's stuff.
Such a system could provide regular micro-income for many people. Eventually, it could grow sufficiently so that specific types of people could be polled (by age, location, gender, profession, education, interest, etc).
The asker (for example product designer) could ask people whether option A is better than option B. Or which of the several listed options is best and why.
The asker could ask people to test a product and document the first impressions.
What else?
People could sign up, by entering their data in the questionnaire. When there is work to be done, the platform would send out an email request for feedback to X people to get the required number of responses. Users who do not respond to such requests would get fewer requests in the future. The platform would send out additional requests to fill the quota. Feedback would be rated by the asker. The rates would help the platform rank the users.
The asker could opt to receive the feedback privately or publicly.
