A "What business should I start?" feature for the Brainstorming platform.
Ties into my other idea of making an estimate as to how much expensive an implementation of the idea would be.
Because people often ask what they can do with X amount of money they have. What they should do with their life. What business they should start. They look to find ideas they can implement in their fields of interest.
A big need that Brainstorming could fulfil without having to shift at all.
A great way to passively market the platform as people would visit it for their own gain and get introduced to the concept of Brainstorming.com.
On a particular page, a form, you would type in the interests you have. You can also be prompted with questions as to discover them. What do you spend your time on? Your money on? What you are good at?
Then, the platform supplies you with links to the most engaged or newest ideas related to the fields of your interest.
A moderator team can go through all the ideas and label them as profit-making or not. For instance, the “Use a tarp and some rope to origami a poncho out of it” idea isn’t a money-maker.
Then you can even make a filter as to see which ideas match your budget, tieing to the idea of having the cost of implementation of an idea. Or you can filter with skills you posses if we implement the skill-needed for an idea label too.
