Also carisma, but courage is sometimes understood as a conscequence of considering yourself important, but what we learned by human experiences througt history is probably the opposite. If you got something to share, you are responsible about it and immediately you are not a problem, nor a solution. I mean, your ego vanishes and your senses open up to external factors, because something you care needs your atention. Then is when arrises honesty and courage. Confidence is florished by knowledge and humility, not by legacy and ego. This are the two forces that always fight into human condition.
