A subscription service that randomly sends actors to your business to test the quality of service from the customer's perspective.
Find arrogant, pushy, negligent salespeople within your ranks before they drive away your customers.
Negligent, malicious, or lazy employees cause damage to a company's reputation and alienate the customers. The business owner is the last to find out. By then a lot of damage has already been done.
A monthly subscription service where local businesses have their quality of service tested/monitored on a regular basis. Random actors are sent to pretend they are potential (or existing) customers. They then rate the experience from 1 - 10 on multiple important aspects.
Different service packages differ in their level of comprehensiveness and frequency of inspections.
The testing service has a list of scenarios that a typical customer might encounter. For example:
trying to return some goods for various reasons
needing some help/advice from the salesperson
forgetting a wallet, phone, etc on your premises
getting caught stealing or doing anything shady (prior approved by the business owner)
being an arrogant customer
being annoying
etc.
The inspectors/actors are encuraged to improvize and spontaneously come up with more scenarios on the fly.
If the owner approves it and it's not against the law (I'm not sure?), have the actor wear a hidden camera/microphone.
A report is emailed to the business owner after every inspection. Depending on how much time they have, they can skim through the summary or read it in detail. A monthly report is also snail-mailed to the company.
