Bounties attract serious brainpower to the challenge.
This one device replaces an entire gym worth of equipment. You can basically train all the muscle groups and get a full calisthenics workout done at home. Calisthenics is a form of strength training using one's own body weight.
This device is small enough to be carried by a single person and can be used indoors and outside, depending on the weather. It can be welded from steel or stainless steel pipes. Most of the pipes are 5 cm in diameter. The handles are 3.5 cm. The footer-frame is made of 6 x 4 cm profiles. Alternatively, for maximum cost efficiency and lowest weight, it would work fine if all the pipes were 3.5 cm in diameter and the footer-frame was 4 x 2 cm. In that case, it would be better if the footer frame was a bit wider for increased stability. All the pipe walls are 2 mm thick.
I've made multiple units over the years. This design featured below is the best I could come up with and pretty much achieves everything I need. Feel free to copy. I can take measurements if anyone needs them. Any local welder could easily put this together for you. The approximate cost of the plain steel material for one such unit would be between 80 - 150 EUR (triple that in 2022), depending on the local prices.
The stainless steel unit below, was made to be sold. It can be dissassembled for easier shipping. Because of the cost of stainless steel it ended up being too expensive. Each unit would have to be sold for at least 650 EUR to be worth the trouble of manufacturing. Because of the weight the shipping cost would easily add a few hundred EUR to the total. I never sold any:)
Adding Gymnastics Rings in your upper horizontal bar will increase the benefits of your workout, since there are unique compound movements only achieved employing circular wooden rings like:

I actually thought about this a while ago🙂. I opted out of the rights because the movement would be very limited. The two horizontal bars would get in the way of most exercises that can be done with the rings

Darko Savic What about making it so the horizontal bars can be folded over to open up that space? Then you would need a system to fix them in place when you want to use them.

I had referred back to this design again and again (I DO have a brain injury as alibi) as THE correct design, I LOVE a pole and offset horizontal affords little extra leverage training FLAG, FULL parallel bars affords locomotion, pull up bars split affords neutral grip, nice and thick for grip purchase and the payoff of not being "Micro-adjustable" is an "Unmovable object"....some Greek said something about "Show me a fulcrum and I'll move the World" AND LUX stainless steel!!! Too cool...I have a power rack with holes on all four sides of up rights and every 2" adjust vertical, it was my best solution but "Grass is greener" love function and style of your "All in one" sin cere, Beau

Thank you kindly Beau Wright 🙏
Manel Lladó Santaeularia suggested a few upgrades that I haven't yet gotten around to make. Those should make the design even better:)

Let's get one made and ordered!

I often look this gym up every couple years. I found it several years ago, and mentally Come back to it when trying to restructure my workouts again and again. I see from your Facebook page so may people asking to buy it... but here in this post (2021), you have still yet to sell one. Can we order a blue print? Can we order the gym? You could easily create a listing on eBay or Etsy and sell these IMO. I would definitly be a customer and I'm sure other followers would be as well. Can I order one?

Hi Noah Crockatt 🙂
I guess I never really worked on establishing production/sales because not many people seemed to be interested. If they were, I could have partnered with a few welding shops in various countries and have them build/deliver locally.
If you can find a local welder, have him take a look at the photos. He won't need much more info than that which is already provided on this page.
I took a few more measurements for you. The rest can be made up by the welder on the fly. Even these can be modified to better suit your height.
I'd be interested to know how much the build cost in your area

Darko Savic There are companies that print designs on clothing and ship them on the behalf of the designers, I wonder if there would be a similar market for things like welding?

You could even sell the blueprints on Etsy as well.

Break it down.

Perhaps you could look to Lego and Ikea for inspiration.
If every bar could be put in place in pre-existing holes or hooks or even clips, the contraption would suddenly be much more versatile, adjustable and portable.
Say, for instance, a shorter person wants to make use of the pull-up bar, it can be lowered, or if you'd like to do inverted rows the bar could be put in the best position for that.
If you could find a way to do that while still keeping the structure solid, the possibilities of what you'd be able to do with a couple of bars suddenly become endless.
I'm imagining something similar to an old-school toilet tissue dispenser, with a compressible pin that allows it to fit in the structure, but expands into place when it is in the desired position.

Something like what you describe is used for the stainless steel version which was meant to be shipped. The other versions, including the one in the header image, were made for my personal use. I found myself never needing to disassemble or adjust it, so I preferred a sturdy one-piece contraption instead. But yes, it's not suitable for shipping this way:)

How many have been built?

The stainless steel version looks as though it has pull pins? What are the pins we see in the picture? Can you explain the original design/assembly? Do you have access to the original? Can we get a video of breakdown? Or breakdown pictures? Perhaps a video walkaround? What materials did you make the welded black version from? Where is the stainless steel version?
Looks like someone beat you to the professional home equipment setup. I just found this company for the parallel bars, and an individual pull up bar.

Yes, the stainless steel version has 2 pull pins and a few screws. This is so that it can be disassembled for transport. It was built to be sold.
I have it here. Will do a video walkaround soon.

Very interesting "prototype" Looks minimalistic and effective. With some homework you could make it portable too. To fit in a
portable case / bag (I am not aware if there already is). This should really help Calisthenic enthusiasts on the move.

Vishal Chamling the stainless steel version can be disassembled into 5 pieces. That's good enough to be transported by car. In reality, the only time it was disassembled was initially, when it needed to fit through the door🙂

Darko Savic nice 👍 Then that takes care of the transportation issues. Hope you receive many orders and get into its mass production for the benefit of Calisthenics and calisthenic enthusiasts. ☺️

The device looks really cool, congrats on the product! Hopefully, you will sell some, maybe even to the local community. Every park could have 2-3 of those.
I have a problem with leg training. I do calisthenics and it really makes me lean and strong, but my legs lag. I run a lot, do squats, but the rate of improvement is not even close to the rest of the body. The bones and muscles of the arm are smaller and weaker thus react fast to bodyweight training. On the other hand, legs are massive poles that carry us around all the time and need something else than another bodyweight training to bulk.
Do you have a solution for this? Is there a solution to load some additional weight on legs with a one-piece steel frame structure in the local park? I say "one-piece", because people would probably steal or could get hurt with standard weights.
