The hallmarks of aging are well accepted. Each of these hallmarks are studied individually or in concert with one or two other hallmarks.

All known interactions between these hallmarks (and also those between the components of the hallmarks) can be compiled. Using different molecules, proteins, enzymes, etc. as separate nodes and their upregulation-downregulation interactions as causal links across the nodes, a network can be created. Algorithms (as applied previously) can be applied to this network to identify important nodes that can be targetted to halt or reverse the manifestation of these hallmarks.
