Book covers for Kindle are already available. The idea here is to have a book cover that says "The smashing book".
Why?
  1. To playfully hit your loved ones. Books are often used to hit, why not make a cover especially for that.
  2. A cover to keep your Kindle safe
  3. Book-like feel for your Kindle
I thought of creating a smashing book with some fun and interesting content, more like a coffee table book. But then, why would people carry it everywhere just to hit a person when the moment comes? Therefore, I converted it into a Kindle book cover.
What it is?
A book with its pages cut to fit a Kindle in it. Place is created by cutting the pages at the bottom to fit the charging cable. The cover of the book reads "the smashing book". The back cover explains the rationale for such a book cover.
