What is the rate of re-accumulation of the senescent cells after being eliminated using senolytics or any other mode? Does the type of treatment or dosage affect the rate of re-accumulation?

Senescent cells are eliminated or neutralized with the help of senolytic and senostatic drugs, respectively. The rate of accumulation of senescent cells varies according to age, tissue type, the presence of other age-related diseases, and the inducer of senescence. Is the rate of re-accumulation the same as that of accumulation when the other variables are controlled?
