Bounties attract serious brainpower to the challenge.
AI-generated learning material/curriculum designed to help you learn the most of what you need to know within the time you have available.
Why?
Maximize the value per time spent on learning about a topic.
Learn the most of what you need to know within the time you can afford to spend studying.
A replacement for Wikipedia.
Knowledge on a need-to-know basis.
How it works
An online platform where you specify:
what you would like to learn
what your current level of knowledge on the subject is
how much time you can spend on learning
what form you want the learning material to be in (video, audio, text)
For example:
I could say: "I have 20 minutes to learn about vision correction surgery in people over 40. Teach me via video."
A DeepMind-like AI would produce an educational video like this one:
If after spending 20 minutes on the subject you realize that you have barely scratched the surface, you at least have a better appreciation for the topic's complexity.
You could also specify that you have 20 minutes per day and want to study the topic for a month. The AI would then structure daily lessons that go into finer details and show surgery examples, etc. By the end of the month you'd be ready to start practicing eye surgery on animal cadavers.
AI teacher
Have the AI spend countless hours learning various teaching methods and the way human best retain information.
When ready, have people sign up for the beta program where the AI iterates its teaching skills. People take quick tests by which the AI gauges its skills. The goal is to identify people with different preferences/styles of learning and optimize the learning material for specific groups.
The better the AI gets as a teacher, the better its learning curriculum becomes.

What about not all people having the same learning capabilities? It's independent of what's your current knowledge, what you want to learn and at what time. Some people take 1 month to learn (get) something, while others do it in a few hours. That being said, I think a dynamic knowledge-tracking system needs to exist, probably in form of quick tests or "shortcuts" if you understood something.

I would use it. It would take some time until the AI teacher goes premium. How do we handle personal doubt-solving sessions and tests until then?

Shubhankar Kulkarni I predict the AI will be ready within a year. It iterates extremely fast. A year is decades worth of experience in AI time.
