Distribution
A service that delivers coffee, tea, and other beverages to you when you are stuck in a long traffic jam. It’s called Jam-coffee or Traffee-Coffee.
Why
Being stuck in traffic is annoying and while stuck it is hard to access anything.
Having a warm drink in cold weather or a cold drink in warm weather will make the experience more pleasant. Bonus: anticipating your drink will be almost as good as drinking it.
How it works
Delivery
Delivery will be with motorcycles. Car drivers stuck in traffic will provide their approximate address: X Avenue - Y klm, or X avenue intersection with Z Str. They will also provide car model, colour, licence plate and/or GPS.
Delivery be easier on traffic jams where cars have virtually stopped. Motorcycles can thread their way through the cars, find the right one and deliver the drink. Payment has been made in advance.
Service
The service will be provided by:
1) A coffee shop or chain that wants to attack this niche.
2) A delivery service that will collaborate with different coffee shops.
The key to make this successful is for the coffee shop to be located as close as possible to the delivery point so that the coffee arrives fresh. Ideally, coffee shops will be located on the most traffic-dense streets of a city.
An important aspect to think about is the safety of delivery drivers and how respectful car drivers are to motorcycles. This depends a lot on the driving culture of a place.

What about your city? Do you think such a service would be popular?

Inspired by Goran Radanovic's comment.
First, a bike goes through a traffic jam where the driver wears a big sign saying: "Coffee coming in a minute. Raise your hand if you want one"
Then this comes through. One person drives slowly, and the 2nd person jumps off and delivers

Size could be optimized to have enough space for two people and the coffee machine. The bigger the vehicle, the harder it is to go around cars in traffic.

Michaela D Yes. The bikes would have to be custom-built. The storage can go in length/height rather than width. The bike can look like a bar

If you ever visit crowded South Asian cities where traffic jams are a norm, you will realise similar sort of small vendor businesses already exist in thousands. It's altogether a different issue coupled with child-labour, poverty and unemployment but such ideas have been executed. Kids show up to your car not just with tea and coffee but with other beverages, local snacks, chips and more.

Subash Chapagain I've never been to South Asia, but I am not surprised! High concentration of people --> business opportunity.

To make the coffee available anywhere, businesses can design their scooters to store a coffee machine. At the touch of a button, the rider provides a fresh cup of coffee to drivers. They can also make tea available by connecting a kettle to a battery.
This is a pretty awesome idea, Michaela. I actually might do this, not joking.

Having a coffee machine or coffee stored in a tank would be more efficient and would sell to people who don't order but want coffee once they see the motorcycle ;-)
Depending on the country/region people care more or less about the quality of the coffee. Potential challenge: keep high coffee quality and "quality-feel" if it matters.
