Bounties attract serious brainpower to the challenge.
This is a simple setup for a home hydroponic gardening system. This is easy to set up at home and occupy less space.
In a hydroponic system, we only need water and water-soluble nutrients. It is becoming a very effective and famous farming technique and could be used for large scale production and crop propagation.
Benefits/pros of the model:
Requires less space and is easy to set up.
Does not requires soil hence fewer chances of worms and pest invasion.
Proved to provide a good yield.
Low budget investment.
Can grow your own organic vegetables at home.
Cons:
Requires continuous supply of electricity to run a water pump to circulate water.
Requires regular checks on the quality and conditions of plants.
pH and other nutrients balance of the circulating water needs to be maintained always unlike the production happen in the soil where plants and soil adjust accordingly.
Water in the tank needs to be changed at every regular interval to avoid the growth of green mould and algae.

Hi Vaibhav, that is a cool design, is it yours?
Have a look at the comments on my idea that was for something similar - https://brainstorming.com/a-hydroponic-indoor-plant-box/564. The system Darko suggested seemed to be quite complete, you might find some inspiration for your design there.
Other than that, perhaps you could explain what separates your design idea from those currently available?
