What can be done ethically without discrimination against anyone, so that blondes with fair skin and blue eyes do not extinct?
Problem
According to statistics, there are fewer of them over time. It seems to me that it is valuable for such people to be in sufficient numbers. I personally would regret it if they disappear. I am sure that there are many others who think it would be a shame for any race to go extinct. I do not discriminate against anyone, I like all people. For the purposes of this challenge, I'm thinking about fair-skinned, blond-haired, blue-eyed caucasians.

No offense but, there was another guy awhile back that wanted to maintain a blond hair blue eyed race and it went very very badly. Coming from someone with blonde hair and blue eyes I could care less about mainting my genetics but, you're actually wrong blue eyes only came into existance around 10,000 years ago at the earliest and will likely never go extict as it's obviously only become more common since the first person but, being a recessive gene it will likely become less expressed as time goes on, that is the nature of genetics and I suggest you just accept the interconnected world and the mixed race future of humanity. I'm curious what the desire to maintain a race is other than you like their aesthetics which is selfish at best possibly even prejudiced or racist at worst.

I like mixing as well as pure races. I am for the preservation of the purity of races + their mixing. Otherwise, it harms diversity. Both preservation of purity and mixing alone will be less diverse than both, will you agree?

Space exploration/colonization in generational ships populated with specific ethnic groups

In the interconnected world where people can travel anywhere, anytime it's only a matter of time before distinct ethnicities disappear and people of the future become mixed race.
However, if distinct ethnicities are still around by the time humanity starts building generational ships , one was of preserving ethnicities would be to pack those ships with distinct ethnic groups and send them away. This shouldn't matter to the rest of the world. Once a crew is on its way, nobody will see them again.
Here's a quick explanation of what Generational ships are:

Actually, regardless of what kind of people you put on a generation ship (even if mixed race), they would eventually interbreed to become a distinct race.

nanotech changing appearence and genes

I suppose, with advanced nanobots, it will be possible to edit appearance not with cosmetics but by the essence, cell by cell, or by changing genes. People will be able to change their appearance even every month. Fair hair and blue eyes will be one of the options.

  1. Gather genetics of that race and clone it and make genetic changes(controversial) till you get what you wanted.
  2. Or one other approach is to take a bunch of them and throw them in a space pod and send them to space, they will have kids and survive hundreds of thousands of years due to time difference when its time when humans are about to perish in 2012 movie kind of event, you think of them landing and there you go even those people are there till end of mankind.

People don't feel offended or discriminated upon when amazonian uncontacted tribes or the Amish continue their ethnic groups. If any other ethnic group had a valid reason to live in isolation, this would solve the above-mentioned problem.

Mikhail Korsanov others could avoid a country because of hard conditions such as war, heat, coldness, extremely remote area with poor infrastructure connection, etc
