Bounties attract serious brainpower to the challenge.

Put a crew of three well-known flat earthers and a good physics educator on a SpaceX commercial flight to orbit. Produce a documentary about their realization that Earth is not flat after all.
Why?
Put an end to the flat earth conspiracy theory by showing and educating its staunchest proponents - turning them into educators themselves.
A cool marketing campaign for SpaceX and the physics educator.
How it works
Ask the flat-earth communities to name 3 people who are highly regarded in their circles. Invite those 3 to join the SpaceX flight. If they are not interested, go through the top recommendations until 3 suitable candidates emerge.
Invite a physics educator like Brian Greene, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Bill Nye, etc. to teach the crew about our solar system and related topics.
Produce a lot of good video material while in orbit for two days. Produce a documentary about three flat earthers who realized they were wrong.

It might be better without the physics educator

I think if the flat earthers would be left completely "alone" with their experience, without anyone commenting/explaining anything there would be less resistance from their side. This is a "war" of perspectives in a sense and they are used to argue against the knowledge of physics and the traditional point of view. Putting an "opposition member" on the crew together with them and making them listen to what he says might ruin the impact of pure experience. 
Instead, it would be better to keep the approach: "Do you want to see for yourselves? Come, we offer you a free flight to orbit". Instead of a documentary, it could be a reality show. The cameras would focus on their reactions/moods, the discussions amongst themselves, and how (and if) their opinions change as time passes. They could ask staff members anything they'd want to know, like how the rocket works, what are the distances, the speed, etc. But no one would educate them unless they asked.

I agree with your point. However, on the other hand, a physicist comedian may improve the viewer's experience with some jokes, sarcasm, kicks to the flat-earthers. Maybe the physicist could be the one to answer all the physics questions asked by the flat-earthers. Such a show will require a huge operating cost and greater TRP will surely help with that. Documentaries with no just the flat-earthers might be boring to some people. Comedy may attract a larger viewership.
