A bed that has a mechanistic attachment of a roller that can be moved throughout the length of the bed.
Why?
Proper back support for patients with back pain in different regions of the back
Easy moving of the roller without moving the patient
Patients with a back injury may need support in different regions of the back. Even spasms in the back can be alleviated with a back roller. In the idea, the roller can be moved using a simple remote control device.

I like the idea of a mechanical roller you can power with your feet, in the same way you use an exercise bike. I think it provides an opportunity to get some exercise in. The mechanism for this will be located at the foot of the bed.
By the way, this shouldn't replace the remote-controlled, electricity-powered feature. People won't always be in the mood to exercise, after all.

Here are a few additional features:
The roller also vibrates as it slowly moves up and down underneath you
 Heated or cooled roller
multiple rollers
not only do the rollers move up and down, but they also bulge left and right, creating a feeling as if someone is massaging you with a dozen fists from below

Shireesh Apte This is what I had imagined it would look like. Thank you. According to my idea, the rollers are only used for steady support and do not move and massage the user. The contours help with posture and are therapeutic.

I wonder if these rollers would be better than ergonomic beds. I saw beds that can change the angle of your back, legs and neck, which can be suitable not only for reducing back pain but for other applications, too, such as the change from laying to sitting. If you combine these beds with Darko Savic's features, you get a supreme healthcare gadget. 
But, if you still found a way to push the idea on the market, how would you incorporate the roller - on top or above the mattrace? Or maybe inside? The position would greatly impact the roller's effect.

J. Nikola I was thinking beneath a thin mattress. The mattress is thin enough that the roller movement is felt but thick enough so that the rollers don't hurt your back.

J. Nikola I don't think so. The mattress shields the user from the mechanical movements. Also, my original thought was that the rollers don't move once the user is using the bed. You set the rollers in position and then hold them as support for the user's back. There are not used for massaging. Massaging could be an additional feature.
