Usually, the land is first bought, and then the owner cultivates his own crops or cultivates what their partner needs, while not necessarily paying attention to which type of land is the most optimal for his desired crop.
The idea is to build a platform, where not only land can be rented, but agriculture can be well planned and the optimal yield of the agricultural crop on a certain land can be enabled.
The main motivation was to allow the cultivation of the desired crops from the couch. How?
You don’t need to have your own land, equipment, or tractors. All you need to do is select the desired crop, then select the most optimal land on the map for the desired crop, and finally rent it for the season - get in touch with the landowner or the nearest farmer, who will do all the work for you. You will be able to see how the farmer cultivates the land and how the cultivation progresses in real-time. Finally, you sell the products to your customers, or use it for own purposes.
Using the platform and parameters such as the land map, land characteristics and others, you would be able to see which land is the most optimal for which crop and make your own calculations according to the characteristics of the land. The algorithm would offer you the best computationally derived otpions, options, so you could choose. Such a way of planning the cultivation of the desired crops would enable more optimal yield.
PARAMETERS OF THE ALGORITHM:
The land map would allow the selection of land suitable for desired culture. The listed characteristics of each area (pH, moisture…) and indications which crops are ideal for cultivation (3-4-5 crops and show which is the most optimal and which is the least optimal, for example: corn> sugar beet> beans). Also, on the map, a person could see the dimensions of the land, and would be possible to see estimated yield of each selected crop. According to all parameters and final yield, a potential investor could see if it's good or bad investition.
Another benefit is that the land could be better used this way. You could "book" the land in forward and plan the production. It could lower the number of an unused fields, pointless cutting or maintenance of the vegetation when the field is not used, etc.
