Bounties attract serious brainpower to the challenge.
Whether you want healthy oatmeal, a toast or a boiled egg for breakfast, pizza for lunch, or sweet pancakes for dinner, this company got you covered! Okay, not exactly pizza, but you'll get something similar to it in the shape of a smoothie.
Why?
I often find myself having zero time to eat or drink. With my busy schedule, even fundamental things like this are starting to be too time-consuming. But I don't want to miss a delicious and nutritious meal every day and I definitely don't want to dehydrate.
The solution
A company that has a restaurant where you can walk in or order from the internet. What is special about them is that they offer breakfast, lunch, and dinners in the shape of easy-to-drink and delicious smoothies. The smoothies would be made of the locally-produced seasonally-available fresh food. The offer would contain meals from the regular oatmeal to the beefsteak and potatoes. You could even order combination of your choice.
The benefits
People would be able to drink their lunch while commuting to the meeting or work.
No meals would be skipped.
Digestion would be easier and a person would feel much "lighter".
No messy plates, forks, knives or napkins. Just a single reusable or recyclable glass.
The problems
How can we make it delicious, because even to me, it sounds pretty disgusting to drink beefsteak with potatoes? Can you find some recipes?
Thats an interesting idea! It could be really convienient for those who work long hours or have to work on the go. I think one way to go about would be to use either flavour enhancers or sweeteners that are hopefully not unhealthy, that can mimic the taste of the original food without coming off as too fake or disgusting. Personally, I do not think it is too difficult to make something taste good. I mean we even have Vegan burgers that taste exactly if not even better than a real beef patty on the market! I feel a greater issue would be to replicate the nutrients normally provided in meat and other products like fish!
The solution I would suggest is to add in vitamin pills or mix in protein shakes that can at the very least replace some of the nutrients in normal red meat and fish as a form of suppliment.
You are right to say that digestion would be easier and one might feel "lighter", however chewing food actually releases hormones that reminds your body to digest. By not chewing, some people might end up consuming more than they need to in order to fill full. If they were to drink such smoothies often, they might end up feeling hungry faster too. Also as mentioned by Darko Savic, drinking too much isn't too good for your jaw or facial growth!
However, I definitely think it is a feasible and very useful idea that many would find make their lives more convienient and healthy as a whole. It is always great to have options!

Thank you Darryl Koh Yuan Jie for your comments!
Using pills or protein shakes would be a cool idea to make the product taste better and be more reproducible. However, I would like the products to be made fresh and remind customers of their favorite meals. I avoid protein shakes because they seem very unnatural, while on the other hand, smoothies seem so fresh and nutritious. I would like to mix these two and prepare fresh nutritious blended meals. Of course, your idea is much easier to implement, or it could be implemented as a special fitness-related series of products.
Yes, I agree with you. Chewing is important, so the company would target only that one meal in your day that you don't have time to eat in a standard "chewing-way". In addition, I would rely on human responsibility to its own body and suggest eating only one meal of such a day. The rest would be on the customer itself. It's the same with fast food - sometimes it's okay, too often is bad, but it's your choice. In the case of meal smoothies, this issue would be smaller since the food would be prepared fresh and "organic". And for the orthotropics theory Darko Savic mentioned, I am glad it's still a non-conventional way of thinking., so maybe I still have time to put this product through :D

The first problem that came to my mind regarding this is that you can't make all dishes into smoothies, e.g. your mentioned beef and potatoes would become a thick mash if blended that you could at best eat with a spoon (at worst it would even be difficult to put the spoon inside it). How would you solve this? Would you put some water to dilute it? The taste would be bad then. You'd have to search for suitable liquids to dilute it to not ruin the taste, like beef bouillon, etc. Such smoothies wouldn't be "fresh" then as you suggest, it would be turning towards the approach that Darryl Koh Yuan Jie has suggested.

Povilas S I agree with you. I haven't found a solution to this problem yet. One way could be to select only meals that turn out good after being mashed up in a smoothie. That limits the choice but could be the "organic" and fresh solution I seek. On the other hand, the secret behind a company could lie in a mixture of liquids that turn almost every meal into a delicious mash. It could go in the direction which Darryl Koh Yuan Jie proposed, but could also be milk or any other "milk" derived from nuts, coconut, or something similar. That way the products would have a recognizing taste and smell, but would still be your meals of choice. What do you think?

This guy would take issue with consuming all your food without chewing

Darko Savic Yes, this guy would definitely have something against this :D The key should be targeting busy workers on the Wall STreet then, and avoid kids.
