Bounties attract serious brainpower to the challenge.

A celebrity known for always having an entourage of doppelgangers around them. Their doubles would be so good that people couldn't tell which is real. It starts as a publicity stunt and becomes part of the celeb's persona.
Why?
In the beginning, it serves as a publicity stunt, later it becomes a part of the celeb's identity.
Confuse paparazzi.
The celeb feels more secure in numbers with less focus on them.
Ability to be "present" in multiple places at the same time and get more done.
How it works
A doppelganger is a biologically unrelated look-alike, or a double/twin, of a living person.
Always showing up surrounded by doppelgangers would create buzz and keep such a celeb in the spotlight.
This would be suitable for an upcoming celebrity who just had their first hit (movie, song, whatever). Someone who has recently caught the public's attention and becomes better known as the person who travels surrounded with doppelgangers. 
Wardrobe schedule for doppelganger fans
As time goes on the celeb builds a larger fan base. Hardcore fans would want to be doppelgangers as well. To make it easy, the celeb would publish a list of styles (hair, clothes, everything) they will wear at future public events.
Growing number of doppelgangers
Sooner or later, people would start applying for the doppleganger entourage. It lets the celeb adjust the size of their entourage based on the occasion.

Cool idea Darko Savic! This might be useful not only for celebrities in the entertainment sector but also politicians and similar public figures who face a greater danger of being assassinated. The obvious downside is people not trusting a politician who has many doppelgangers, cause then you never know who is truly responsible for the decisions affecting your life. This is probably also valid for entertainment celebrities since fans might begin to doubt who wrote a certain song/acted for a certain role, but on the other hand, when it comes to show business, the latter might be an intentional part of the whole doppelganger thing. 
The solution for keeping the doppelgangers only for security reasons, at least in the case of politicians, is for the person to be surrounded by his/her doubles only in situations where there's a possibility of an attack towards them (exposure in open public places, events, public speeches, etc.), they wouldn't appear during orchestrated talks/debates on television, internet, etc. While on the one hand seeing a famous politician surrounded by doppelgangers would be very unusual, especially for people of a more conservative mindset, on the other it would bring some fun for otherwise rigid and often boring to the bone field of politics.
The security doppelgangers would basically be a type of security guards and should get paid accordingly.
