I'm imagining a high resolution camera that is placed under a commercial airplane and the passengers could view it using some 3D headsets.
This could be a billable service.
The passengers could choose the orientation of the camera - to focus on something - or to work like a window and everyone see the same thing.
Also some discreet virtual reality could be present like : the name of the city you're looking at, country borders, famous places, trivia, etc.

If the plane has built-in monitors for passengers to watch movies, chances are they can look at the live view from several camearas:
This has been the norm for as long as I can remember

Darko Savic I'm glad to find that this already exist and I hope to see it once. I traveled a lot in these years - both 'local' and trans-atlantic - with planes with tablets in their chairs but i didn't had the chance to see it.
